Multiple rugs were rolled together carelessly, leading to damage during shipping. After unpacking, I found over 400 rugs were defective, either due to poor craftsmanship, staining, or damage. The materials and finishing were far below industry standards, and the overall presentation made the products unsellable. This was supposed to be a business-ready order, but it felt more like a shipment of factory rejects. If you care about quality, consistency, and reliability, look elsewhere. This product line was a complete letdown and cost us valuable time and money.
